⦿ Service Expectations: We use professional techniques to clean and protect your property; however, results may vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the surfaces being cleaned.

⦿ Liability: While we take great care in our work, Perfect Pressure Softwash is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or deterioration that may be exposed during the cleaning process.

⦿ Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for securing pets, personal belongings, and fragile items prior to service. Access to water and electricity may be required.

⦿ Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees.

⦿ Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours of service may require a new deposit to secure the new appointment. In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Perfect Pressure Softwash will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time without penalty.
